By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. The House. ÉLEVÉ Collection ("ÉLEVÉ", "we", "us") is a Nigerian-American fashion house selling made-to-order luxury clothing and accessories worldwide.

2. Products & made-to-order. All pieces are made to order, often to your measurements. Colours, beadwork, and handwoven textiles carry natural variation; images are representative. Slight variation is inherent to handcraft and is not a defect.

3. Pricing & payment. Prices are in US Dollars (USD), payable in full at the time of order. Prices may change without notice, but changes don't affect confirmed orders.

4. Preorder & production. Placing a preorder authorises us to begin crafting your piece. Production takes 14–21 business days unless otherwise stated. Commissioned pieces follow timelines confirmed with you.

5. Shipping, returns & privacy. Your order is governed by our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy, incorporated here by reference.

6. Intellectual property. All content — designs, images, text, and the ÉLEVÉ name and marks — belongs to ÉLEVÉ Collection and may not be used without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ÉLEVÉ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.

8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of ÉLEVÉ's principal place of business, where disputes will be resolved.
