Refund policy

Because every ÉLEVÉ piece is made to order — and often to your exact measurements — all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, for sizing based on measurements you provided, or for the natural variation of handwoven and hand-beaded materials.

Our commitment. If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, or does not match your confirmed order, we will make it right — a repair, a remake, or another resolution. Notify us within 3 days of delivery, with photographs, at eleve.events.ai@gmail.com.

Made-to-measure. Pieces are crafted to the measurements you provide. Please follow our measuring guidance carefully — our team is available to help before you submit. Fit alterations are handled case by case.

Cancellations. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before production begins. Once production starts, orders cannot be cancelled.
