Shipping policy

ÉLEVÉ Collection ships worldwide.

Shipping — arranged individually. Because every piece is made to order and ships from Lagos, we confirm your shipping rate with you directly (by WhatsApp or email) once your order is placed, using a trusted courier such as DHL or Topship. You approve your rate and pay it through a secure payment link before your piece ships. Delivery is then fully tracked, typically arriving within:

- Nigeria: 2–5 business days
- United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days

You'll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Duties & taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included at checkout.

Addresses. Please ensure your shipping address (and measurements, where applicable) are correct. We aren't responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
