What does “preorder” mean?

Every ÉLEVÉ piece is made to order — crafted after you purchase, not held in stock. This lets us work in limited numbers and to your exact fit, with nothing wasted.

How long until I receive my order?

Production takes 14–21 business days, followed by worldwide shipping (typically 5–14 days by destination). Commissioned pieces such as Adaobi follow a timeline we confirm with you.

What is made-to-measure, and how do I give my measurements?

Your piece is tailored to your body rather than a standard size. After you order, our atelier contacts you by email or WhatsApp with simple measuring guidance. Share your measurements and we take it from there.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship from Lagos to clients across the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Africa, and beyond, with full tracking. Shipping is quoted individually after your order — we confirm your rate with you by WhatsApp or email and send a secure payment link before your piece ships.

Will I pay customs or duties?

International orders may incur import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and aren't included at checkout.

Can I return or exchange my piece?

Because each piece is made to order, all sales are final. If a piece arrives with a defect or does not match your confirmed order, we will repair, remake, or resolve it — contact us within 3 days of delivery.

How do I order Adaobi?

Adaobi is made by private commission. Message us on WhatsApp to begin — we will discuss colour, beadwork, measurements, and confirm your rate (from $360).

What currency are prices in?

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Naira and other currencies may be added in future.

Ordering from Nigeria

To our clients in Nigeria — welcome. You can check out by card if your card is enabled for international payments. If you'd prefer to pay in Naira, simply message us on WhatsApp and we'll send you bank-transfer details or a Paystack link, then begin your piece the moment payment is received. Delivery within Nigeria is arranged with you directly. We're proud to dress you at home.

How do I care for my piece?

Care guidance is on each product page. In general: dry clean only, handle beadwork and crystal gently, store padded or flat.
